  1. (Sorry it’s taken me so darn long to reply to your comments you left at my blog! I’m really horrible at keeping up with comments.) I have such mixed feelings about “Mr. Darcy, Vampyre” right now. For me I think it’s moved a little slow. I don’t like it as much as her “Mr. Darcy’s Diary.”
“Death Comes to Pemberley” looks like a good one and has made it onto my ever growing TBR pile. 🙂

I love these two lists you’ve made! I may have to steal this idea next year, lol.

    • I have read Mr Darcy’s Diary and I thought it was ok….so I was hesitant to read Mr Darcy Vampyre. I am starting Death Comes to Pemberley today. An author friend of mine, Lynne Shepherd, wrote an Austen inspired murder mystery (Murder at Mansfield Park) and I am doing a compare/contrast of the two for her Twitter #AustenMurderMatch contest that she has going on over at her blog. I am REALLY excited about it. I already read Murder at Mansfield Park so I’ll be reading Death Comes to Pemberley over the next couple of days 🙂 Well I hope you enjoy the Mr Darcy Vampyre 🙂 Cheers and Happy New Year

  2. I love this! I decided to post my own: http://cheapblackpens.tumblr.com/post/15132404950/top-11-in-2011-rockin-book-bitches

It’s a neat way to recap the year in books. I ended up with a perfect eleven nominees thanks to a lot of nonfiction reads with few females included.
