Review: The Bright Side of Going Dark by Kelly Harms

Last year I read The Overdue Life of Amy Byler and absolutely loved it! I recommended it to every one I know—especially moms because it really hit the nail on the head when it comes to how all consuming parenting is.

I was over joyed to see what Kelly Harms was coming out with another novel and was eager to start reading it even if it did sound a bit different than her previous book.

The Overdue Life of Amy Byler brought a lot of heart and realism to the story and I was impressed by how emotional it was. Review: The Ingredients of You and Me (Hopeless Romantics #3) by Nina Bocci

Full confession, I am a sucker for cake and this cover was too good to pass up. I could almost smell the amazing-ness from the picture alone. I also love romantic books and right now I will take all the feel good comfort food—I mean books—that I can get!

I didn’t know that this book was part of a series, which of course I haven’t read the series, but it sounded like it would be a book I could read as a standalone with only a few characters from previous books making a few appearances. Which from what I gather from reading it, is entirely the case because I didn’t have any trouble jumping into this one.

Review: Feels Like Falling by Kristy Woodson Harvey

When Kristy Woodson Harvey’s Peachtree Bluff series ended last year, I was so sad but at the same time looking forward to what she came up with next.

Harvey has such a great writing style that is refreshing, charming, and heartfelt so I knew that whatever she had up her sleeve was going to be outstanding.

I have only recently discovered author Robyn Carr, but I have loved all of her books that I have read so far.

She is a prolific writer with many books and series under her belt and I am never disappointed when I pick up one of her books. When this book came up, I was thrilled to be able to bring an excerpt to you guys to check out!
